Cornish Maine Newborn Photographer // Maternity & Newborn Pictures: My Motivation

As a maternity and newborn photographer, I have a unique perspective on the importance of capturing those early moments in a child's life. And for me, that importance is underscored by the fact that I was adopted and don't have any pictures of myself as a newborn.

When I became a parent myself, I knew that I wanted to make sure that my child had those memories to cherish. When my sons arrived, I was even more determined to capture every precious moment.

In those early days, I took hundreds of pictures of my sons. I wanted to remember every detail - the curve of their cheeks, the curl of their fingers, the softness of their skin. And as I shared those pictures with friends and family, I realized that I had a talent for capturing those moments in a way that was both beautiful and emotional.

That's how I started my journey as a maternity and newborn photographer. I wanted to help other families capture those memories and create tangible proof of the love and connection that they shared. And as I worked with more and more families, I realized how important those pictures were to them as well.

Now, as a photographer, I feel grateful to be able to create those memories for other families. I know firsthand how meaningful those pictures can be, and I'm honored to be able to help others create a legacy of love and connection that they can cherish for a lifetime.
