Maine Wedding Photographer // There's Still Work To Do After Your Pictures Are Delivered
As a wedding photographer, my job doesn't end with just delivering the final set of pictures to my clients. In fact, it's quite the opposite.
There's still a process ahead after image delivery. Once I've meticulously curated and edited the images, I transfer them to not one, but two external hard drives. Redundancy is key – these memories are precious, and I want to guarantee their safety and longevity. But that's just the beginning.
Next comes the cloud storage. In this digital age, it's essential to have a secure online backup. If my house burns down, I want to make sure that I still have your images somewhere. I upload the entire collection to the cloud, where it's safely stored and easily accessible from anywhere. It's a relief knowing that even if something were to happen to the physical drives, the memories are securely preserved.
But my responsibilities don't end there. I understand the significance of social media in today's world, especially when it comes to weddings. With the couple's permission, I take to various platforms to share a sneak peek or a heartfelt message about their special day. It's not just about showcasing my work; it's about celebrating my couples.
Then comes the blogging. Crafting a blog post about the wedding is a way for me to relive the day and share it with a broader audience. From behind-the-scenes anecdotes to highlighting special moments captured, it's my opportunity to give readers a glimpse into the day and the unique story that unfolded.
So, to those who may wonder what happens after they receive their wedding photos, know that for me, the journey continues long after the last picture is taken Each wedding, I'm grateful for the opportunity to play a small part in writing the next chapter of a couple's story.
